5. Spare Parts & Prescription Lenses Are Non-Refundable Nor Exchangeable.
6. Delivery /Shipping Charges Are Non-Refundable.
7. Items Must Be In Their Original Condition/Packaging: “Unused & Unaltered”
8. Returned Products Must Include All The Accessories Comes With It.
9. Original Receipt Is Required.

2. Once Email Is Received And Acknowledged 24-72 Hours Is Needed To Collect The
Items Depending On Your Area.
3. Once Items Are Received And Inspected, We Will Notify You Through Email Regarding
The Decision Taken, In Case Of Rejection We Will Explain In The Email By Details
Why! And Return The Items To You Within 72 Hours.
4. Once The Exchange Is Approved, We Will Deliver The Chosen Item To You Within
24-72 Hours.
5. Please Note That Depending On Your Credit Card Company, It May Take Additional
